The product is great but I’m a little disappointed that I asked you directly if you were going to have a sale and you told me no and I ordered. Then not 6 days later you had a sale on the items I needed.

When you reached out on Saturday, September 5, we let you know that we didn’t have a sale planned at that time and that our priority was catching up on orders after being out of town (as noted on both our website and Facebook).
Once those orders were fulfilled, we reassessed our schedule and were able to offer a sale just a few days later. We certainly understand your disappointment if the timing didn’t align with what you were hoping for. In most industries, such as retail stores like Bath & Body Works, promotions aren’t typically announced several days in advance — and we operate in a similar way.
