Our rounds are cut out of Baltic Birch, which will be easier to cut, engrave, and/or score in your laser. Others may have Birch rounds listed, don't be mistaken there is a difference between domestic Birch and Baltic Birch. Baltic Birch has a different type of glue compared to domestic plywood that makes it easier for the laser to cut.

Our B/BB Baltic Birch is 2-sided plywood with veneer core. You are guaranteed that each piece will be clear on one side and the other side may contain 1-2 plugs (commonly called "footballs"). When the plywood is manufactured, the location of a tree branch will form a knot-like spot in the wood that is prone to falling out. Rather than leaving a hole in the plywood, the manufacturer places a small plug in its place. The plug is constructed of Baltic Birch and is matched as closely as possible to the rest of the board. Some plugs are almost unnoticeable. If you paint your pieces or glue them to another surface, these plugs are not a problem.

Why Baltic Birch vs Domestic Birch? Baltic Birch’s core is unlike domestic plywood. The layers of inner plies are solid birch veneer, cross-banded, and laminated with strong adhesive.

Most items ordered by 12 Noon EST will ship the Same Business Day. Please review the banner at the top of the Website for the current fulfillment timeline. Please note there are different timelines for Wood Orders and DecoCraft Orders. Longest Processing time prevails.

Estimated Shipping Transit Time

This item will ship via either UPS or FedEx. Typical transit time is 3 business days for most orders. Midwest and West Coast transit time will be 5 -7 business days depending on location. If you need it sooner, please reach out for other options.

Larger Sheets can only be sent UPS and transit time could be up to 7 business days.

Estimated transit times are from the day your order is fulfilled and not from the day the order is placed. This is just a projection of transit times; they could change due to the busy season or weather.

Returns

Items that are ordered in error or that are no longer needed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of initial outbound shipping costs (even if qualified for free shipping) and return shipping costs back to H & H Creations.
