Have these photos ready:

• All sides of the shipping box
  
• Top and bottom of the box
  
• Shipping label
  
• Damaged material
  

Do not discard your box, packaging, or damaged material. Keep everything until your claim has been resolved. Replacement material is shipped only after the carrier approves the damage claim.

Something is missing from your order or you received the wrong product.

Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Reports received after 5 business days are not eligible for credit or complimentary replacement.

Tracking hasn't updated for 5+ days

Your shipment appears to have stopped moving in transit

Before submitting your report, have this information ready:

• H & H Creations order number
• Tracking number
• Date of the last tracking update
• Shipping address used on the order

PLEASE NOTE - A shipment is not considered lost simply because tracking has temporarily stopped updating. Once we receive your report, H & H Creations will review the tracking history and, when appropriate, begin an investigation with the shipping carrier. A package is considered lost after the carrier completes its investigation and determines that the shipment cannot be located.
