Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Order?

Please do not use the general contact form for shipping claims.

  • Damaged packages or material must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
  • Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.

Photos and additional information are required to properly research these issues.

Local Pickup & Store Visits

Our Jasper location is open to customers by appointment only.

We offer appointments for both:

Local Order Pickup
Pick up completed online orders directly from H & H Creations.

Store Visits
Visit us to browse available materials, compare products, ask questions, and discuss your project or material needs.

Appointment Hours

Appointments are currently available:

Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
3rd Saturday of Each Month: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Appointment Requirements

  • Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Same-day appointments are not available.
  • Local pickup customers should wait until they receive notification that their order is ready before scheduling a pickup.
  • Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled through your confirmation email up to 4 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • Walk-in availability is not guaranteed.

Because H & H Creations is an active production facility, scheduling an appointment ensures someone is available to assist you without interrupting production.

When contacting us about an existing order, please provide your order number.

Providing your order number with your initial message allows us to locate your purchase and assist you more quickly.

If you're requesting an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Orders can move into fulfillment or production quickly, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
