Always run a test cut. Every laser cuts differently. This will save time & money.

Paper Masking - leave it on. This will protect your acrylic during the cut and simply remove it after wood. Please keep an eye on your machine when cutting with paper masking, this is one of the top contributions to laser fires. Never leave your machine unattended when cutting with a laser. 

Plastic Masking - Remove before cutting, this will melt to your acrylic. (Our Listings will say if they are paper or plastic masked) 

Are you getting a haze or fog after cutting? This is not uncommon even if you are masking before your cut. You can use rubbing alcohol get rid of the haze.

Items that are ordered in error or that are no longer needed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of initial outbound shipping costs (even if qualified for free shipping) and return shipping costs back to H & H Creations.
