About Our MDF

Our Raw MDF is a medium density fiberboard. This MDF has 100% recycled/recovered wood content. This MDF is Raw without a slick Finish.

Benefits of Raw MDF
Has a softer core. The laser cuts are clean and easily cuts like butter. It paints clean, depending on the paint, 2 coats are sufficient for coverage.

Black MDF

Our Black MDF is manufactured on our same Raw MDF core. The color finish saves time and money in your production. This material has a matte texture finish to it. Due to the finish paint will not adhere unless you sand it down. It is perfect to paint the engraved area of a project because the paint will wipe off the finished surface.

Helpful Hints

Always run a test cut. Every laser cuts differently. This will save time & money.

Larger Sheets can only be sent UPS and transit time could be up to 7 business days.

Returns

Items that are ordered in error or that are no longer needed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of initial outbound shipping costs (even if qualified for free shipping) and return shipping costs back to H & H Creations.

A New Favorite!

I have been using 1/8" baltic birch ever since I began using a laser, but it is expensive and can be hard to find. I decided to try the 1/8" mdf from H&H and I love this product! First of all, their shipping time is amazing and customer service is excellent...the mdf itself is a raw finish which makes it easy to paint and it cuts so nicely! I will continue to use this in the future and highly recommend this small business to anyone wanting to give mdf a try.
