By submitting artwork to H & H Creations for custom printing, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: (explained in each dropdown)
You confirm that you own all rights to the artwork submitted or have obtained proper authorization to use, reproduce, and print the design.
If the artwork is trademarked or copyrighted, you acknowledge that you have received approval from the trademark or copyright holder and agree to provide written documentation upon request. H & H Creations is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations.
H & H Creations is not responsible for poor image quality, distortion, pixelation, color issues, or alignment problems resulting from customer-provided artwork. Please carefully review your file before submission. What you see on your screen is how the image will print.
Use of file-editing or file-conversion software may alter image quality. While we make reasonable efforts to identify potential issues prior to printing, once an item has been printed, we cannot be held responsible for errors originating from the submitted artwork.
All uploaded files must meet the following requirements:
Files that do not meet these requirements may result in
reduced print quality.
Email proofs are available upon request for a $5.00 fee per proof. Proofs will be sent within 2 business days.
Each order includes one (1) free image revision. Any additional revisions beyond the first will incur a $5.00 fee per revision.
Printing will begin within 2 business days after proof approval is received. Once a proof is approved, the customer assumes full responsibility for all aspects of the final print.
Customer-submitted tiled images will be retained for 6 months from the date of the last purchase. Customer artwork will not be shared, reproduced, or sold without the customer’s written consent.
